Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE:

Change of mind returns (wrong size, ordered by mistake, color or "does not fit the way you thought") will be exchanged or given the value of the item(s) purchased in store credit. Not refunded.

Full refunds will only be issued for manufacturer defaults, once inspected and confirmed to be true (in accordance with the ACCC )

ALL items on sale "SALE/DISCOUNTED/FREE items" are final and are ineligible for Refund or Exchange (unless deemed faulty in accordance with the ACCC).By ordering an item on sale "SALE/DISCOUNTED/FREE" you agree that this transaction is final and understand we are unable to offer returns or exchanges (unless deemed faulty in accordance with the ACCC)

Return of goods to Parliament Skate Shop in their unused and original condition within 7 days of receipt for an exchange, store credit or (if applicable) refund please follow the steps below:

Email: brisbane@parliamentskateshop.com with your order number, the tracking number you've sent the return with and reason for return.

If purchased online. The refund will not include the cost of postage.

Please note:

We do not offer free returns if you have ordered the same product type in 2 different sizes. As an example, this could be 2x pairs of shoes in a size 9 & 10. A hooded jumped in Medium & Large,

If the deck is a wood stain, we can not guarantee the wood stain from the brand. Brands use assorted wood stains and though they will send us an image to use, this wood stain may not match the photo. By ordering a wood stain deck you agree and understand it will be an assorted wood stain.

Purchases returned in a condition used or not in their original condition or after the 7th day of receipt of purchase period will be void of any type of return, refund or credit.

Loyalty Program Points 

If a sale is refunded, your points will be deducted from your loyalty program within 14 days of the return being processed. Loyalty points though awarded at the time of sale and no longer eligible if a refund is approved and processed.
