Welcome to our Parliament Skate Shop website (“the Site"). The following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service") apply to your access and use of the Site, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before you start to use the Site. By using the Site or by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms of Service when this option is made available to you, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Service, you must not access or use the Site.

1. TERMS OF SALE

1.1 By placing an order on the Site, you agree to purchase the product(s) subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of the order price.

1.2 Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland addresses only and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or other occurrences beyond our control.

2. DELIVERY

2.1 Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in deliveries.

2.2 Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.

3. RETURN POLICY

3.1 We offer a 7-day return policy for items that are in new condition and are returned in the original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

4.1 All intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright laws.

4.2 You are not permitted to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit the Site or its content for any commercial purposes without our express prior written consent.

5. USER OBLIGATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS

5.1 You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.

5.2 You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to the Site.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

6.1 We take your privacy very seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy carefully to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

7.1 If a dispute arises between you and us, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution by going to our Customer Support page.

7.2 All disputes will be resolved under the laws of our jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms that may apply to the Site or any content on it, whether express or implied.

8.2 We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Site or the use of or reliance on any content displayed on the Site.

9. CUSTOMER LOYALTY

9.1 We do not offer customer loyalty points for the following sale types:

• Sale bundles which includes any type of deal where we have bundled more than 1 product into the sale. i.e. $99 deck bundles, 3for$100, 3for$300 and any other type of sale bundle which includes more then 1 product in the description and offers as a grouped amount of products for a set price.
• Sales that include a custom discount code provided by Parliament Skate Shop to a customer prior for use.
